November 19th is the World Toilet Day, established by the World Toilet Organization. To enhance sanitation and cleanness, thereby creating a more comfortable living space, this year, Yunlin County Government has engaged in public restroom assessments. The campaign is intended to motivate responsible authorities to keep public restrooms well-maintained, clean, odor-free and comfortable. 
　As Magistrate Lee Chin-Yung noted, the cleanness of public restrooms can represent how civilized a city is; the assessment will prompt better maintenance and management of the facilities and thereby, the provision of comfortable and clean restrooms. The magistrate hopes that everyone can help maintain the cleanness and show respect and gratitude for the hard work of management authorities and cleaning workers.
